Matthieu Foss Gallery is Mumbai's first private space dedicated solely to photography.

The exhibition space has been designed to be an open and adaptable platform in order to present the widest and more diverse choice of collectable works. The objective is to create a space which is visually unbiased along with offering ideal conditions for exhibiting.

The emphasis at the gallery is on photography in all its forms. Hence, it is open to classic photography and printing techniques as well as more recent digital methods. Photography is a varied and versatile medium, which is now being used in innovative ways in video-art and installations. There is an ongoing change in the way the medium is being used and the gallery will strive to play a positive part in this change.
